             How are you? I'm fine.I hope you are in good condition and happy with your family.I know you are dealing with depression. As a teenager depression is a problem that are difficult to predict because the mood of teenager are always changing.Depression is a serious problems that inpact every aspect of a teenager life.

            I can help you by proving advice and sopport to solve problems you face now is this. Firstly, you must be identify the symtoms that occur during depression. You also need to find a place or to be rid of depression and make you feel good. If you are depression don't bottle it up. It is important for you talk to someonesuch as family or friend or anyone you feel you can trust. If you don't share how you are feeling you may find ypurself using unhealthy coping strategies which will in the long run only add to your problems and make your feel worse. This will cause, some people may start drinking alcohol more, may take drugs, may start self harming and cutting themselves, may stop eating and making themself sick. I don't want you to become like this.

             You may find that counselling  will help you as this give you a safe space to talk to someone who is especially trained. This will help you to say how you really feel inside and take counsellor will work with you to help you find solution and healthy coping strategies and to look at the reasons behind your depression. This will give you better understanding of your feeling and support in working through anything which is troubling you.

            Talking to others and counselling and therapy can help but to pull yourself out of a depression you need to do a lot of work yourself. When you are depressed you may feel you have no countrol over your life but you do still have choices. You can choose to stay depression and not eat properly, not exercise, stay in bed all day or you can choose to try and help yourself to get out of the depression. If you take care of yourself physically it will help you to feel strongen emotionally and to cope more easily with life.

               My experience during depression when me have the probloms. When the problems we face can't be resolved quickly so long that we would think the problems would cause depression. I very feel sad. I'll shut up and will be shut in a room and do not want to meet anyone. After that, i went to counselling to solve my problem. I was finally able to solve my problem and i will start to happy happy and depression does not happen again.

                Finally, depression will make you loss andis not suitable for teenagers life you have it. I hope you can get all the advice that i give you and i hope you can try to solve your problems depression. It is because you can make a better life and make you are happy every day.That all for me. I trust you can chance your life to be better.

Stress

        Stress is defined as a mentally or emotionally distracting occuring because of difficult pressures. Millions and perhaps even billions suffer everyday from stress and its effects. Stress affects a person's physical health; usually the symtoms are increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure,irribility, and depression. This plague can affect all ages and both genders. The main reason why stress is so dangerous is because it can be fatal to a person's health. Not only can  stress lead to many heart diseases,but also it could make a person panic-stricken. Although stress may look unconquerable or inevitable, it is possible to control it. The key is patience and careful planning.

         Although it sounds obvious, many people do not recognize they have stress factors. Some common sings for people who have stress are fatigue or irritability. Sometimes family members evan abuse each othe domestically. People who realize they experience stress can point out the common causes that they have. After a person points out the sressors he or she can exploit them. For example, if you know if you are going to be spending money on useless things and that it could make your wife angry then you could refrain from doing this to avoid unnecessary stress. After a person has avoided his or her stressors they can easily have reminders such as posted notes on the fridge. This step essential because if you can't recognize you have stress then you cannot control it.

          secondly, exercising and hobbies can greatly reduce stress, by not only keeping you in shape but also lowering your blood pressure. For example, if you enjoy  basketball, then get with som friends and go the park. If you cannot play bastketball, you can also watch a game. If it makes it easier, than people should encourage their friends to exercise with them. This would give people are not the athletic type then maybe can enroll in something like a book club.That way they can ease their mind and forget about stressors. Exerising is a way to preoccupy the mind and have fun at the same time.

        The most detrimental stress is when people focus on the negative aspects of their life. These people never realize how blessed they are to have what others die for. Most people who have a lot of stress think too negatively. The solution to this problem is simply thinking more positively. Instead of thinking of why an event happens, be happy that it wasn't fatal and that you're still alive. For example, if you're married with financial troublesyou could be happy that you have someone there for you whom you can depend on. The problom is people do not understand how fortunate they are until they lose what they have. If a person feels depresses they are most likely very irritablr. While positive thinking can lead to many positive consequences, negative thinking will only lead to negative consequences.

         In conclusion, there are almost countless amount of benefits for managing stress. By managing or channeling a person's  stress it will lead to a better life and a betteroutcome. Just some of the physical benefits of controlling your stress include more strength,better sleep, and less fatigue. It can also prevent high blood pressur, pain or any other heart probloms. The most emosional benefits are a better quality of well being and life, reduced irritability and pressure. The most important benefitof stress management is being able to get your life back together. There are many quick and easy steps for managing and  limiting a person's stress. If people realized all these essential steps they would no longer be stressful today as they are. It is important people don't carry around necessary stress like competitions and negative aspects of their lives. After a person has conquered stress he or she will have a much a better a much better peacee of mind.

The Power of Time

         Time is a special resource that you cannot store or save for later use. Everyone has the exact same amount of time each day. Time will not well used cannot be retrieved. Most people fell like they have too much to do and not enough time. The blame lack of time for their poor finances, unachieved goals, stree, bad relationships and not exercising their body. Wise time management can help you find the time for what you desire to do or need to do.

         You need time to get what you want out of this life. If you wait for extra time to appear, you might lose the game of life. Time management will help you set up your priorities. Time is limited to 24 hours a day. So plan your life wisely. You can learn to find the time for the things that are important to you. You become more productive using improved time management skills and tools, and can accomplish more with less effort and time. Time management can help you reduce wasted time and energy, help you become more creative and productive, and enable you to the right thing the right time. This will course lead to more balance and fulfillment in your life.

          Life today present so many distractions and therefore it very easy to love time on unimportant activities. Ask yourself, is watching this or that the program, reading this or that gossip or participating in a certain activity is going to add anything to your life. Is the time spent on a particular activity well spent or is just a waste of time and  energy.

           Among many changes that you can make to manage your time, there is one that is important and easily available and that is getting up early in the morning. Give up watching TV late at nigh you go to sleep a little earlier than usual. It will then be easier to wake up earlier. Even waking up 15 minutes earlier would be great.It is a time of quietude, before everyone else wake up, which you can devote to doing thing for which you have no time during the day, such as reading, exercising or planning your day.

             In conclusion we must know how to separate the time schedule. Time is like gold is hard to find. Therefore we should not  waste our time with fun. If we can appreciate the time we would be an excellent person in life at once can be a disciplined person. The systematic management will make that time is very important to him.

       Do you think smoking is cool? Well if you do then you will regret it later because not only will you possibly die but along with that you won't be very pretty. Nowadays, a lot of girls and boys in their teens smoke. They ignore the effect of smoking. Most of them smoke when they are under age. Even 12 years old have started smoking. Children of parents who smoke are more likely to smoke themselves than other children. the smoking habits are generally passed from mother to daughter and from father to son, rather than other configurations.

       I choose this article because smoking is a habit that is difficult to be removed. Because it will make smokers addicted and want more. Smoking is an unhealthy habit that makes a person suffering from cancer. Many people say that smoking can relax, but smoking is a habit is just a waste of time, money and energy. Rooms sometimes have an impact in the short and long term. Butit will have a huge impact on smokers when they have cancer. Cigarattes contain subtances that are harmful and can cause cancer.

       Father transmit their smoking habits to a satisfically significant level to thier sons and the same is true of mother and daughters. However, if a mother smokes it does not seem to impact on the probability of her son smoking and similarly a father that smokes does not affect his daughter. However, if neither parent smokes, then the probability of both sons and daughters drops to 12 percent. And in a single parent home headed by a mother, a son is 32 percent likely to smoke while a daughter is 28 percent likely to smoke.

       In my opinion, I disagree with this article because smoking is not harmful and causes cancer. Smoking will affect the long smokers. People who wants to try to smoke will want more and eventually will become addicted. Content in cigarattes will cause death. To a father who practice this bad habit will make their children also smoke. This is because the child will see all acts of his father.

       In conclusion, smoking is injurious to smokers. It will affect daily activities. In addition, smoking will be a waste of money, time, and energy. Therefore, all parties play an important role in reducing the symptoms of smoking. The goverment need to raise cigarattes prices to help reduce cigarattes purchases. In addition, the goverment should set the law on children under 18 is not allowed to buy cigarattes by putting the sign against under age smokers to buy cigarattes.

Article Review (Abandonment of Babies)

             Abandonment  is an offenses that will adversely affect all parties, especially to women. Men who do not want to take  responsibility after having made girls pregnent out of wedlock should be castrated. Senator Ahmad said the venting his anger and frustration over the vising numberof abandoned babies. Although the suggestion was radical yet ceative and innovative, studies had to be done first not all men were irresponsible. Abandonment babies that occur when the women  know she was pregnant and than  she told with the men she was pregnant, but  the men said me must be drop content. The women was fear  and decided  to throw the baby when born.
         
            I chose this article because now a lot a bandonment babies. This will concern everyone, especially parents, this matter should be vhecked before the situation will become worse. Abandonment is a symptom that will undermine the moral values of a society. Abandonment will affect the child when he grows up. He will be sad and wondering why his mother threw it away and who is mother. The child's life is in a state of imperfect and unsteady.

           Most cases of abandoned babies were due to weak family instution and where the responsibility of bringing up a child was left to other parties. The factor that abandoned can occur when parents are all too busy to pay attention to their children. The family institusion has become individualistic where parents " franchise" their kids for other quarters to bring them up.. The young girl not deeper understanding on intimate relationships and its consequences. The baby's umbilical cord was still bleeding. The baby is also believed to have died before its body was dumped as it had been cleaned up and there were no sign of injurie . A newborn baby girls was found abandoned in a rubbish dump of a shopping mall. This is very shameful and in human.

          In my opinion, I disagree with this article because abandonment is something wrong in law and Islam. Abandoment will have an impact that will undermine the moral dan economic. Besides, it will causea fight with another. Women do not usually believe in the man because this is the one of the factors of pregnancy of women and eventually place the case of abandonment baby to be born will be a victim of circumstances to the act of his mother.

          The conclusion of abandonment is against the law. Therefore all parties should take appropriate action to curb this abandonment. Parents should control their behaviour and movements of their children especially at night. In addition, the goverment should also provide a spiritual refuge and a place for mothers to bear children ance illegal to give repentance to them.
